This document sets out all the conditions governing use of the jetwin platform, along with members' rights and responsibilities. Please read the entire document carefully before registering an account.
Important: By creating an account on the jetwin platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions set out below.
1.1 Purpose of This Document

1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the jetwin platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You have read and understood these Terms in full;
- You are accepting these Terms voluntarily and of your own free will;
- You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino activities in your place of residence.
1.3 Right to Amend Terms

2.1 Eligibility to Register
To open an account on jetwin, the following conditions must be met:

- Each person may open only one account;
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete;
- Multiple members living at the same household address may open separate accounts, but each account requires individual identity verification.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
jetwin may verify a member's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. jetwin reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to jetwin support immediately. Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Account Suspension or Closure
jetwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity;
- Operating multiple accounts;
- Breaching any provision of these Terms;
- Abusing technical errors on the platform or the bonus system;
- Carrying out any activity intended to harm other members or the platform.
3.1 Deposits
Deposits on the jetwin platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Members must use a payment method registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawals
The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Active wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed.
3.3 Currency and Amounts
All transactions on jetwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Funds held in an account do not earn any interest or return.
3.4 Erroneous Transactions
If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, jetwin reserves the right to cancel or correct the transaction in question. Any winnings or balance gained as a result of a clear error may be forfeited.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning withdrawal eligibility is earned after wagering 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses
Each promotional bonus has its own terms and applies separately:
- Weekly jetwin Reload — 50% bonus, up to ৳5,000; 20x wagering; minimum deposit ৳200.
- jetwin Slots Festival — 75% bonus, up to ৳8,000; 25x wagering; for slots members every Monday.
- jetwin Weekend Blast — 30% bonus, up to ৳3,000; 15x wagering; every Friday and Saturday.
- jetwin Birthday Reward — up to ৳1,500; 10x wagering; for verified members in their registered birthday month.
- Refer a Friend to jetwin — up to ৳2,000; 12x wagering; for each successfully activated referral.
4.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses
No bonus is equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system may result in account closure.
4.4 VIP Programme
The jetwin VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond. Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). jetwin will provide updates from time to time on the criteria for determining VIP tier.
5.1 Game Providers and Results
Slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting services on the jetwin platform are operated through various verified game provider companies. The outcome of each game is determined by random number generator (RNG) technology. There is no possibility of tampering with game results, and jetwin does not alter game outcomes for its own benefit.
5.2 Betting Limits
A minimum and maximum bet amount is set for each game and betting market, displayed in the game interface. jetwin reserves the right to review or adjust the betting limits of any member.
5.3 Critical Technical Failures
If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, network disruption, or other technical issue, jetwin may refund the relevant stake or declare the game void. In such cases, jetwin's decision is final.
5.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting
Odds for sports events may change in line with market conditions. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is accepted will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant stake is generally refunded, though different rules may apply in specific circumstances.
6.1 Fraud and Manipulation
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetwin platform:
- Using any strategy intended to circumvent bonus terms;
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts;
- Placing automated bets using programming software or bots;
- Using external tools to influence game outcomes;
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities;
- Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
6.2 Providing False Information
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration or verification process is a punishable offence. In such cases, the account may be closed and any balance forfeited.
6.3 Commercial Use
The jetwin platform is intended solely for personal entertainment. Placing bets on behalf of third parties, operating a professional gaming syndicate, or using an account for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
7.1 Collection and Use of Personal Information
jetwin collects, stores, and processes members' personal information solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, processing financial transactions, and improving service quality. 7.2 Disclosure to Third Parties

9.1 Service Continuity

9.2 Third-Party Software
The jetwin platform uses software from third-party game providers. jetwin's direct liability for errors or disruptions in that software is limited.
9.3 Dispute Resolution Process

9.4 Final Decision

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with relevant international laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through discussion.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision will be removed and all remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the individual terms of each promotional offer together constitute the entire agreement between jetwin and the member. Any prior oral or written understanding is considered replaced by this document.
