jetwin Responsible Gaming
Entertainment is only good when it stays within limits. jetwin believes the safety and wellbeing of every member is the top priority. On this page we set out guidelines for playing responsibly, self-control tools, and ways to get help when needed.
Principles of Responsible Gaming
Gambling is entertainment — treating it as a source of income is dangerous.
The enjoyment of playing lasts only when it stays within a planned budget. jetwin wants every member to set a fixed amount before they start playing — an amount whose loss will have no impact on your family or daily life. Gambling is never a suitable way to use borrowed or saved money.
Set Time and Money Limits
Before each session, decide how much money and time you will spend. Once you reach that limit, stop — there will be another chance to win another day. Using the self-control tools below makes it much easier to stick to these limits. jetwin's Terms and Conditions also contain detailed guidance on deposit and betting limits.
Do Not Let Emotions Drive Your Decisions
Playing while angry, frustrated, or under stress usually leads to greater losses. The urge to place bigger bets after a loss — known as "chasing losses" — is a common trap. Remember, the outcome of each game is independent and has no connection to previous wins or losses.
Take Breaks and Focus on Other Activities
Judgement deteriorates after playing for a long time. Take regular breaks — get up and walk around, have some water, spend time with family. If you feel there is no other way to enjoy yourself besides playing, that is a sign you need help.
Let Your Family and Loved Ones Know
You should not hide your gambling from your family. People close to you can often spot the first signs of a problem before you do. Take their opinions and concerns seriously. You can also visit our FAQ page to learn more, where common questions about responsible gaming are answered.
Do Not Hesitate to Seek Professional Advice
A gambling problem is a behavioural issue — it is not a character weakness. Seeking help from a professional mental health adviser or counsellor is the right thing to do. You can learn more about our commitment to protecting members on jetwin's About Us page.
1. Set your budget first
2. Do not raise your bets to recover lost money

Self-Control Tools
Using these features makes it easier to keep your gaming under control.
Set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set, any increase takes effect at least 24 hours later.
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the time is up, an automatic alert will appear and the session will end.
Block your own account for a set period of time. You can choose anywhere from 1 week to permanent exclusion. While self-exclusion is active, no new account can be opened.
Set your own limit on the total amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, play stops automatically.
Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days. During the break, access to the account is not possible, but you can return normally once the period ends.
Pop-up messages appear during play to show how much time and money has been spent, so you can make informed decisions.
Submit a Self-Exclusion Request
Fill in the details below and send them to support. Our team will apply the chosen limit to your account as soon as possible.
Your information is secure. After submission, the support team will send a confirmation to your email. For urgent matters, contact us directly via 24/7 live chat.
Warning Signs
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, consider seeking help.
Being unable to pay bills, playing with borrowed money, or spending household money on gambling — these are serious warning signs.
Inability to sleep at night, difficulty focusing on work, or constantly thinking about gambling.
Concealing how much you are playing or losing from family or friends, or lying about it.
Repeatedly raising bets to try to recover lost money — once caught in this cycle, the situation gets worse quickly.
Feeling irritated or angry when unable to play, or feeling shame and guilt after playing.
Spending more time playing alone instead of with friends or family, and avoiding social events.
