jetwin VIP — Weekly Cashback and Exclusive Benefits Across Five Tiers
At jetwin, every game moves you forward. The VIP program has five tiers from Bronze to Diamond — at each tier, weekly cashback and special benefits make your gaming experience more rewarding.
jetwin VIP's Five Tiers and Cashback Rates
The jetwin VIP program is divided into five tiers. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate — the higher the tier, the more cashback you receive. Cashback is calculated directly based on that week's net losses.
Bronze
0.3%Weekly cashback available. The start of your VIP journey — you can earn returns from the very first tier.
Silver
0.6%Weekly cashback available. Double the returns of Bronze — the preferred tier for regular players.
Gold
0.9%Weekly cashback available. The best balance for moderately active members.
Platinum
1.2%Weekly cashback available. A particularly rewarding tier for high-activity members.
Diamond
1.5%Weekly cashback available. jetwin's highest tier — a reward for the most dedicated members.
How Weekly Cashback Works
The jetwin VIP cashback system is simple and transparent. Each week, your total losses minus your total winnings gives a net loss figure, and a set percentage based on your tier is paid as cashback on that amount. So even if a week does not go well, a portion comes back to you.
For example, suppose a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week. Their cashback would be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. At the Diamond tier, that same loss would earn ৳20,000 × 1.5% = ৳300.
Cashback is calculated at the end of the week and added to your account automatically — no separate claim is needed.
A Real Example of Cashback
The example below shows how much cashback you can actually receive.
৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 — maximum cashback for one week at the Gold tier.
How Your Tier Moves Up
Tier upgrades in jetwin VIP are automatic — no separate application is needed. The more actively you play, the faster you reach the next tier.
The system monitors each member's activity. Regular and consistent participation plays the main role in tier upgrades. While specific numerical thresholds for moving from one tier to the next are not published, members can see their own progress in their account.
After you jetwin login and enter your account, the VIP dashboard shows your current tier and information about your progress toward the next tier. New members automatically start at the Bronze tier.
Exclusive Benefits for VIP Members
The jetwin VIP program is not limited to cashback alone. As members reach higher tiers, they enjoy a number of additional benefits — such as priority access to promotional offers, entry to special tournaments, and limited-time VIP-only offers.
Platinum and Diamond tier members get priority access to special slot game events and live table tournaments at jetwin Casino. These benefits continue to grow over time.
VIP members can get support in Bengali and English via 24/7 live chat and email for any issue — through the same channels as regular members, but response quality improves as your tier increases.

Cashback Is Not a Substitute for Responsible Gaming
The cashback arrangement in the jetwin VIP program is a reward for active members — but it should never be a reason to play more. Playing beyond your budget in the hope of earning cashback is not a healthy mindset.
Online gaming is a form of entertainment. Set limits according to your means, and ask yourself before playing — is this for fun, or am I trying to recover losses? Playing with the intention of recovering losses can lead to problems.
Read the full responsible gaming guidelines and seek help if needed. jetwin believes that healthy and safe play is the best play.
